Rudy Varga
With over 30 years of experience, Rudy has worked in the area of Mechanical Engineering.  He has held senior management roles and has been involved in the management of multi-discipline teams.  He has held the position of Lead Engineer on the Stirlite Alumina Plant design project, the Compass Resources Browns Oxide Copper/Nickel refinery plant design project, the FMG iron ore material handling and process/beneficiation plant design project and Rio Tinto’s BME Hamersley Iron Parabadoo plant upgrade project.

Cita Norouzian
Cita has worked in mineral industries in the area of Mechanical Engineering for the past 15 years. She has led design teams for major projects such as Compass Resources’ Browns Oxide Copper/Nickel refinery plant design project, the Alcoa Pinjara Efficiency Upgrade for Clarification area and Argyle Diamond Processes. She has extensive experience in the rheology of slurries and the design of network pumping and piping systems.
